Properties of the textile insert:

• Chain: polyester, durable
• Insert: polyamide / polyester; woven in a circular pattern
• Special fabric construction ensures minimal stretching, excellent resistance to deformation, and much lower pressure loss compared to a fabric insert made entirely of polyester
• Completely embedded in a rubber coating, providing optimal protection against mechanical damage

Rubber inside and outside:

• Very high-quality NBR/PVC blend, pressed through a textile insert in a special one-step process
• Special additives provide excellent resistance to aging
• Inside: very smooth for minimal pressure loss
• Outside: ribbed for high wear resistance, protection against contact heat

Working pressure:

Technical data refers only to the hose (medium water, 20°C). For hose assemblies with connectors, the working pressure may be lower than indicated above due to the nominal pressure of the connectors or the type of installation. For compressed air, the maximum working pressure is 25% of the bursting pressure. The maximum working pressure: approval can only be issued by the manufacturer after clarifying the exact scope of application.
